Goals

• Royal Decree-Law 32/2021, of December 28, of urgent measures for labor reform, the guarantee of employment stability and the transformation of the labor market introduces relevant changes in the regulations

• Workers Statute- In aspects related to temporary and formative hiring, negotiation
collective and the application of application between collective agreements, the subcontracting of activities
business and temporary measures of internal flexibility of reducing day or suspension of contracts.
• Likewise, other series of rules are modified to reinforce the objective pursued with this reform: the
General Law of Social Security, the Law on Infractions and Sanctions in the Social Order, the Regulatory Law of Subcontracting in the Construction Sector, the Law of the Professional Training System for Employment in the Labor, Law of Companies of Companies Temporary work and the Employment Law.
• This course pretends to perform an analysis of the main aspects that have been introduced or modified by this Royal Decree-Law.
