Goals

• Analyze the new infractions information system regulated in Law 2/2023.
• Understand the comprehensive standards by which the internal information system that the company has to implement is governed.
• Discover the main characteristics of the Independent Protection Authority of the Informant, A. A. I.
• Know the rights of the informant and the operation of the external information channel.
• Analyze the regulations on personal data protection in the field of information channels.
• Know the sanctioning regime by which the complaints channels are governed.

With this title, the provisions developed and regulated in Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report on regulatory infractions and the fight against the
corruption.

Methodology

The course methodology is based on 100%online learning, through the Aula_Smart virtual campus, an innovative and easy -to -use platform, which will allow you to access all the contents and resources of the course from anywhere and device. - Collaborative learning activities, where the exchange of experiences, opinions and proposals through forums will be promoted.

In this way, the course methodology offers you dynamic, participatory and adapted training to your needs and interests, which prepares you to be a competent and effective teacher, capable of adapting to the demands and challenges of current education.
