Goals

• Apply appropriate hygiene and food safety techniques in food handling, to
prevent contamination and prevent possible food alterations in those specialties of Food Industries, Hospitality and those others for whose professional practice it is needed, considering the
imposition of correct asepsis in the handler, facilities, machinery and tools, as well as monitoring and requirements regarding the prerequisites and GPCH in favour of the implementation of a HACCP system, without forgetting the interpretation and imposition of correct labelling.

What it prepares you for

To know, interpret and apply preventive hygiene and health measures that may cause
food contamination, as well as acquiring skills and attitudes regarding proper handling,
imposing the proper guarantees on food and food products according to the work activity
developed, being in this case, the so-called high risk, which implies that the manipulated product
or receives subsequent heat treatment prior to consumption.

Who is it addressed to?

For staff who need to acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to apply correct behaviour and appropriate hygiene and food safety techniques in food handling in their workplace, preventing contamination and preventing possible food alterations in those specialties of the Food Industry, Hospitality and any others that are required for their professional practice.

Methodology

The course methodology is based on 100% online learning, through the Aula_SMART virtual campus, an innovative and easy-to-use platform that will allow you to access all the course content and resources from any location and device. The course has a highly specialized teaching team, made up of education professionals with extensive experience and training in the analysis of teaching skills.
