Who is it addressed to?

To all those people who, for any reason, whether personal, professional or business, are concerned about how Spanish regulations regulate the right to digital disconnection. Also, to those professionals who, due to their managerial or directive responsibilities, need to know what the company's obligations are for the exercise of the right to digital disconnection of employees, including management positions.
It is also aimed at self-employed workers and small and medium-sized companies that are undertaking the process of
digital transformation.
